It is a matter of immense pride and a profound sense of responsibility for me to join V. V. Giri University, Siwan, Bihar, as its Vice-Chancellor. I express my sincere gratitude to our Hon’ble and visionary Chancellor, Dr. K. K. Giri, for reposing his faith and confidence in me and entrusting me with the significant responsibility of contributing to the establishment, development, and growth of this promising institution.

Under the visionary leadership and guidance of our Hon’ble Chancellor, our mission is to develop V. V. Giri University as a globally emerging, multidisciplinary, innovation-driven, and future-oriented University committed to academic excellence, knowledge creation, social transformation, and national development.
